Work Package 1: Project Management & Internal Communication
WP Objectives
- To plan, organise and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives
- To facilitate all communication within the consortium to ensure that concerns are addressed, to establish formal roles and responsibilities, and to provide clarity.
WP Achievements
- Partnership Meetings held in Dublin in February 2010, Lisbon in June 2010, Dublin in December 2010, Lisbon in March 2011 and June 2011 and Dublin in January 2012.
- All the necessary Project Management documents completed for MarineTT; Risk Management Plan, Deliverable tracking table, Project plans.
- An intranet system was set up for the project team.
- An Advisory Board was established to advise the MarineTT Management Team.
